We bought en element - great!!!
Now, downloading and installing the offline editor, i have some proglems. Launching the software, the software does not recognize the keys of my keyboard, a for @ or f for full and after that "enter" prompsts always "error - syntax error" The same with the f-keys: no reactions - i can't open the patch or blind etc.
I tried with another keyboard - no changes.
I changed in the settings. First the keyboard (now deutsch) no changes. Then the language: no changes.
First, i tried with version 1. 8.2, now, after uninstalling, with version 1.7: The same, it doesen't work.
What am i doing wrong? Do you have similar problems? What to do?
Do you have the kepboard [Scroll Lock] key on?

To get keyboard shortcuts, you will need to turn that key on. This behavior will change after the 1.9 release, but for now it is required.
See if that helps.
Yes, it works!
Thanks a lot.
Another question: I have 1.7 installed now. To work with 1.8, do I just update or must 1.7 be uninstalled before installing 1.8 ?
You should be able to just install 1.8.2 Offline - no need to uninstall 1.7.

Thank you, I will try this out as soon as I can...
