Is it possible and how to install external touch schreens LG L1730SF on ION ?

After a quick read of the manual off of LG's website, that monitor is not one of the supported touchscreens because it does not use one of the installed drivers on the Ion. The Ion supports touchscreens that either use the ELO driver or are supplied by ETC.

If you have a touchscreen that is not supported by the Ion console, there is a good chance that you will still be able to use it on a Windows Client PC...any drivers that are needed can be installed on this PC, and you can use the free Client Dongle that you receive when you register the desk to connect it to your Ion.
Fortunately, the requirements for a Client aren't very high, so there is a good chance that you will be able to find a very affordable solution.
