As I was creating my x-keys layout today, I noticed there is no keyboard shortcut for FRAME.  Is this a mistake? Does anyone know what the shortcut key is for this?  Seems strange that it's a real console key with no shortcut.  I use scrollers a lot, so this is pretty important to me.

Whoops!

We will add a shortcut for this key in the v1.8 software. Save a key on your X-keys panel for it.

Sorry about that!

Anne, Thanks so much.  I also noticed that the Q Only/Track button right below it is missing a shortcut as well.

Thanks again,

JP

I believe that shortcut is "X".

Thanks-

Ok, here's some additional info...

Until we release v1.8 with the proper shortcut added, while working offline or at the RVI, you can turn SCROLL LOCK off and then type "scroller_frame " and it will work. Note that you MUST type a space at the end before turning scroll lock back on.   The underscore will not be displayed but must be typed.  Customers using foreign languages should type what is put on the command line from the hard key and use that translation.

Hope that helps and thanks for the report!

Thanks Sarah (see I finally got it right! LOL).  I am awaiting my x-keys delivery and can't wait to get started with it.  I can now learn the console with offline before I get in front on a real one!
