Is the DVD preview a truncated version of the full DVD?
The local rep says the DVD isn't available yet.

I'm not positive I know exactly what you're talking about, but I'll take a shot...
I'm guessing that you're talking about the Ion DVD 1... It is the full content of the DVD, just converted into Flash for playback on the web. The Ion DVD 1 is available for purchase and has been for a couple weeks now. The Ion DVD 2 is not yet available for purchase (though it will be soon), and will only have select chapters of the video posted online. More information can be found on the same Ion DVD product page.
The Express DVD set only has one sample clip available online and is currently available for purchase as well. You can find more information available on its product page here: http://www.etcconnect.com/training.dvd.aspx
And we're working on more that will be available later this year.
