Loving the test show that runs on Ion after loading the new software. Is that on purpose?

re 1.7.0

Am I right that the mouse wheel no longer scrolls the channel display, only zooms?  Our designers use the mouse on the RVI as their primary screen navigation. We are currently using 1.4.2.
