Excellent, I think that the instructional videos are a good idea. I have seen the one on lighting control philosophies, and it was helpful. Addressing some common issues that people have with the eos line of consoles would be a good subject for further videos.
Although the subjects of block and assert have been covered in the forum, the manual still seems confusing. The most misleading statement is found on page 147. There, the manual says that Assert is only needed when working on multiple cue lists.
Ah, good to know. We will take care of this before the next release.
