I'm running an EOS backing up an RPU, with and RVI, and a computer with a client.
Recently the system started populating what looks like dead pixels for each row of the label column. It's not populating over the entire system, just on the EOS and RPU. I have deep cleared both units to no avail.
Just wondering if anyone else has run across this. Will be emailing tech services shortly.

Howdy Nate,
Haven't heard of this here in Germany yet - could you maybe make a photo and post here?

Corey,
as requested. sorry for not getting them up sooner.
1st photo is from the live display. It shows the pixels when there is and isn't a label for the cue being displayed.
2nd pic is from the playback status display.
I just checked the RPU again, and it's only showing up on the live display. But I have seen it on the RPU playback status display before.
Nate, what software version are you on?

I've seen this in v1.4.4 - but suspect it is resolved in 1.5 as I've not seen it in the beta versions.
Anne,
We're running 1.4.4

Thanks! You might try a deep clear on your devices. Other than that, we think this should all be cleaned up in 1.5. So, when that is released, if you see this again, we would most surely like to know!
thanks,
Just thought I'd toss in a "me too" with this. We have the funny pixels on our RVI and Eos, but not the RPU Master or the Ion as a client. It shows up both in the Playback Display and also on the single Q line window at the bottom of the Live Channel Screen.. All running 1.4.4

Have found these dead pixels in the Park screen - in the address column after parking a large section of a universe in build 1.5.45
