When I create a group using Congo Offline, the group will be created, but when I try to record channels to the group, the record box pops up, but when I tell it to record, none of the channels are recorded. How do I get channels recorded into a group?

Hi Lauren,
The channels are probably being recorded at the "M"ark value.
Open the Group list from the browser. Then you can select the group to modify. Set channels and levels and record.
Be warned that Congo does not recall the levels recorded into the group when you recall if from the keyboard. Groups are a channel selection not level recall tool.
