How to create: strobe "wave" effect

How to create, strobe "wave" effect in 8 moving light. I try to find solution in offset mode, but offset work's only with shape and color parameters.

The Fan function does not apply to single channel effects like Strobe.  Sorry, you will have to program it as a sequence.
