Forgive me if I missed this in my search of the forum, but I can't find a way to calibrate a touchscreen from the Net3 RVI. I've hooked up the same model screen to both my Eos and Ion consoles and I can calibrate it from the General tab in the shell, but that option doesn't seem to be available on the RVI. Is the feature not there, or located somewhere else on the RVI? At the moment I'm having to use a mouse with a very expensive monitor! Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi Matt,
We only started pre-installing Elo & TouchKit touch screen drivers in the newer versions of the operating system. So, I'm guessing that your Eos has a newer OS than your RVI. You can either re-image your RVI to the latest OS, or I can help you to install the drivers yourself. If you prefer to install the drivers yourself, send me an email cmizerak(at)etcconnect.com
