se collego la consolle al programma smartsoft mi dice che uno dei due non è aggiornato,e non è lo smartsoft perchè provato su un'altra sf funzionava.Qualcuno mi può aiutare grazie mauro

Se stai usando l'ultima versione dello Smartsoft devi scaricare la versione corretta del software della console: SmartFade ML Software v2.0.1 da questo link: http://www.etcconnect.com/product.downloads.aspx?ID=20338In fondo c’è la sezione “Software” il primo link è quello che devi cliccare.Poi metti nome, cognome e mail e puoi scaricare Il file.Metilo da qualche parte.Collega la consloe al PC.Per aggiornare la console devi tenere premuto il tasto menù e premi on.Poi rilascia i tasti; la console entra in modalità test.Premi Yes (menù) (anche quando ti chiede di inserire un cavo DMX o uno MIDI) fino quando non è finito il test della memoria.A questo punto ti chiederà se vuoi fare l’UPDATE. Scegli YES con la rotella e poi premi YES.A questo punto: Vai nella cartella di installazione di SmartSoft (C:/Programmi/ETC/SmartSoft) troverai una cartella che si chiama“Firmware Update” aprila e lancia il file “SFDownloader.exe”; scegli il file che ai scaricato ( SMRTFDML.SRC) e premi “Download”.Attendi che la console si aggiorni.Ora se non mi sbaglio dovrai aggiornare anche i driver solo se il PC non riconsce più la console:· Pannello di controllo > Sistema > Hardware > Gestone Periferiche· Apparirà una lista del to hardware e una periferice USB con un punto di domanda giallo.· Premi il + e ti si aprirà una sottolista col punto di domada su ‘USB High-Speed-Pipe’· clicca su USB High-Speed-Pipe’ col destro e scegli Aggiorna driver e cerca il driverNella cartella C:/Programmi/ETC/SmartSoft/Drivers· Ise chiesto clicca “Continua comunque”Spero di essere stato chiaro.......!

----Updating the console:-----Hold the menu button and press ON until the display enters the self-test mode.
----Press Enter until the memory test is complete.
---At end of mem test turn dial to Update Software [YES] and press enter.---Start the downloader on the PC : Start > Programs > ETC > SmartSoft > Console updates > Downloader.
---Downloader should detect console and then ask for file.
---Select the file SMRTFDFML.SRC (for SmartFade ML) or
---SMRTFADE.SRC (For SmartFades) and press Download.
---Updating the drivers (PC):---If console is reported as ‘Unrecognized USB device’.
---Once the software is installed, and the console(s) have been upgraded you must update the driver as follows:• Start > Settings > Control panel > System > Hardware > Device manager• A list will display of the PCs hardware, this should include a yellow question mark ‘other devices’• Press on the + sign next to this to open the sub list which says ‘USB High-Speed-Pipe’• Right-click on ‘USB High-Speed-Pipe’ and select ‘Update Driver’.• The Wizard opens to search for the driver on the Internet, select ‘No, not this time’ > Next• Select ‘Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)’ > Next• Browse to ‘C:\Program Files\ETC\SmartSoft\Drivers > Next• If asked, select ‘Continue anyway’---Now the console should connect to SmartSoft.
