It's not often that you call a company and get a service tech to answer, especially one that helps you, but I needed help in a bad way yesterday, and ETC came through, big time, yesterday. I wanted to thank ETC for putting up with me and my questions. Every person I talked with was very very good and useful. Thank you all so very much. I'm not sure tech support sees these but I just wanted to thank you guys for the help.
