Relentless

The headline "Relentless Innovation in Lighting Control" was once a fixture on our homepage. We've done a bit more cross-promotion of other product launches and news in the past several months that replaced that standard headline and introduction, but as I look down my list of things to do and all the activity going on around the factory these days, I am reminded just how much we mean it when we say "relentless"!

If you want to be a leader you have no choice but to be relentless. You cannot wait for others to try things you have to be the one to go first. Plus, if you don't go first you will not fully learn why something did not work you will only know that it failed. Learning from mistakes is almost a lost art, everything is so over analyzed these days. Gone are the days when and idea was just tried and allowed to fail, some of your best ideas come from failed ones, try it sometime.
